STEEL MOULD MFG METAL TRADING LLC Joint venture with Steelmould Sharjah Limited has been a leading manufacturer of plain and serrated flat bars over the last 33 years.

The products of Steel Mould MFG Metal Trading LLC are manufactured to international specifications at our facilities in Sharjah through hot rolling process using the finest of billets and re-rollable steel.

The factory consists of 2 mills and one Cold Draw Twisted Cross Rod Plant.
Section mill capable of rolling small sizes of plain and serrated flat bars, plain bars.
Billet mill capable of rolling plain and serrated flat bars with high production Capacity.

The rolling mills are unique as they can produce a full range of steel products with total flexibility as sizes of products can be changed at a very short notice.

Cold Draw Twisted Cross Rod Plant
The twisted cross-rods are produced by cold drawing of wire rods drawn in to square section, twisted and then cut to size. These square rods are used to bind the serrated bars as panels through electrical forging machines and is in regular demand from grating manufacturers in this region.

Our products have to undergo a very stringent quality assurance and quality control regime. All our products are tested for quality at our in-house testing laboratory which has facilities for chemical and physical analysis of finished products and for the raw material and test certificates are prepared for every production batch and are given to the clients. From time to time we also get our products analysed for quality at external government recognized laboratories.
